Water Elemental, also known as Hydron, is a monstrous being from the Marvel Universe composed entirely of water. He is not a traditional hero or villain but rather a destructive elemental force.
Hydron originated from an alternate dimension and possesses immense power over water, capable of manipulating and shaping it to his will. He can create tidal waves, whirlpools, and powerful jets of water. His form is constantly shifting and reforming, making him difficult to contain or defeat.
Water Elemental gained prominence in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) through the film *Spider-Man: Far From Home*. Here, he appears as one of the Elementals, a group of powerful beings supposedly originating from holes in the multiverse. However, this was later revealed to be an illusion created by Mysterio. While not a true character in the MCU, the illusion of Water Elemental proved a formidable threat, showcasing the dangers of unchecked elemental power.
Within the Lego Marvel universe, Water Elemental is depicted as a larger than normal minifigure, and is sometimes referred to as BigFig.
